Break into the growing construction industry

Demand for construction workers is increasing faster than it can be met, with half a million new workers needed in the workforce just this year. Even with the high demand, however, it can be hard to land entry-level positions when you don't have any experience in the industry. IWP helps you get past that hurdle by providing free* training to give you the skills and connections needed to land an entry-level position in construction.

What will I learn?

Technical Construction Skills

For 12-weeks, our students work through a program centered around the NCCER Core curriculum, gaining exposure and training in a wide range of technical construction skills, and non-technical employment skills critical for any line of work.

  • Fundamentals of Construction
  • Welding
  • Power Industry Fundamentals
  • Heavy Equipment
  • OSHA 10
