Career Pathway for Active-duty

What is the IWP Skillbridge Program?

A transition program for active-duty service members for the last 3-6 months of their service term.

If approved by their chain of command, active-duty service members can participate in job internship / training opportunity while receiving their military pay and housing allowance until their EAS date.

Our Skillbridge offers service members who are coming back to the Gallup area, the chance to participate in the Industrial Workforce Program, and receive on the job training with the SWIF construction crews. We will also assist with job placement in the area.
