WEEKLY PRORATED REFUND POLICY

1. Weekly Prorated Refund Schedule

Refunds are calculated on a weekly basis. If a student withdraws or is dismissed, the tuition charge will be prorated based on the number of full or partial weeks completed. Each week completed incurs a charge of approximately $1,050, rounded for simplicity.

Note: Partial attendance in any week counts as a full week for refund purposes. Refunds are based on the last documented day of attendance.

2. Withdrawal, Dismissal, and Refund Procedure

All withdrawals must be submitted in writing to the Program Director. The effective withdrawal date will be the date the written notice is received or the last day of attendance, whichever is later.

3. Refund Disbursement

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of confirmed withdrawal or dismissal. Refunds will be issued to the original payer, or to a third-party funder such as a WIOA provider, when applicable.
